HoN Movie

Sadly to say, Yes I think there will be a movie.

I don't get why I would be so dissapointed to see a movie of HoN but I would be. It's getting so popular so quick and lots of people are now dreaming about their marks and the boys of HoN but what they don't realize is the more they wish the movie would be made: the less and less its going to fulfill their fantasy.

I was horriably dissapointed with the Twilight Movie. YES it was a great movie. YES the cast was amazing. YES I've seen it 7 times. BUT! It was a lot different from the book that I remember. There was a lot of stuff left out and things I was VERY dissapointed in. It almost ruined the series for me. I don't doubt that I will hope New Moon and Eclipse will be better (haven't seen New Moon yet,) but I have to say I was really dissapointed.

And I dont want that to happen with HoN. I'm just waiting for them to post the cast and use left overs from famous movies like Twilight, Harry Potter, Inkheart, Crique Du Freak or any of the newer  movies. I was also wishing for a Maximum Ride movie but I hastily withdrawled them after the Twilight hype. HoN is a hell of a lot better but it scares me to see how far off it will be from the book.


Now if it was word for word like the book I would impressed, I would definatly watch it and decortae my room in HoN movie things (even though my roomate will hate he cause I will be useing a lot of Twilight/HoN things). I won't hold my breath on how great it will  be but I do wish there was a movie so I could get my hater friends into it.

Without a doubt I know if they mention a movie will be made everyone in my school (like a lot of posers that I know) will grab the book and be blessing Nyx through the hallways.

I completely agree!!! I was very disappointed in New moon!!! And If they make HON into a movie and change it, I believe I might just start a boycott!!!

Yes I think there will be a movie.

It will be made into a movie. On wikipedia, it said Marked the movie might some out in 2011. It also said there were supposed to be 12 books in the series, but I've heard 15 books!

wasn't the contract to write as many as they needed? which would mean there is gonna be 12 books at least, maybe 15 to keep u buying a fab series

If they continue, people will just demand more and more, and I'm sure that it means it will stop P.C. and Kristin Cast from writing another awesome series. Although I wish that they would write many more House of Night Books, I also would like to read other great series from the Casts.

But anyways, I don't see them making 12 movies for the series. I really think that they are going to unfortunately combine a few books in on movie, just to save time. But I do understand their viewpoint.  If they make 12 movies, it could take several years, and the characters aren't supposed to change much physically.  They need to stay around the same age, so they will probably combine the movies for that reason too.

My personal opinion on this fact about making the HON  series into a movie, is Perfect. This series has been becoming a very popular trend. I've recommended these books to many of my girlfriends and even a guy friend of mine, and they absolutely love them. I think making this into a Movie would be awesome. I say go for it, because if Twilight was a big hit for books and movies, I think will be will ten times a bigger hit because alt of people think these books are better then Twilight. So try it out and see where it goes from there.

I think if they do make a movie/ movies they are going to most likely condence them and put they together. Then they wont be as good.
